The course introduces 3 graphic design programs  2D and 3D graphics programs FLASH MX and 3D max studio 5 and Adobe After Effects linear editing program  that help you build your animation project.

FLASH MX program
The Flash technology fully meets demand of web designers for graphics preparation tools offering Macromedia Flash, a vector graphics and animation program. Animations created with this program are called movies. Moreover, the animation capacities are not limited; you can animate anything including navigation and menu elements. Flash is not only about creating web animation. You can also make animation using a Flash player, publish movies on CD-ROMs or send them by email. Besides you can convert movies to other formats such as QuickTime (MOV) or Windows (AVI). But Macromedia Flash is primarily used for creating interacting web sites.

3D max studio 5 program
3D max studio 5 program is intended for creating single images that imitate scenes from real life or imaginary worlds with photographic details and quality. It also helps to build sequences of images that show motion of objects and are called animations.

Adobe After Effects program
Adobe After Effects 6.5 application offers basic 2D and 3D tools for creating compositions, animation and different effects used by professional web designers and video producers. This application is widely used at the final stages of producing digital films, animated graphics, and multimedia video images and for the web. After Effects allows using and combining different visual and audio effects, compositing layers in different ways and animating both objects and effects.
